North Korea’s neighbors hope to salvage talks

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill arrived in Pyongyang, North Korea, on Wednesday in an attempt to prevent a breakdown of the disarmament process in the country.

North Korea had agreed to halt its nuclear program in return for aid from the U.S., South Korea, Japan, Russia and China, but it restarted its main nuclear facility last week.
