Iran's nuclear ambitions are again taking center stage. In a TV interview, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said his country is ready to honor a deal to curb its nuclear program. The agreement would require Iran to send uranium abroad to be processed for civilian use. But several countries involved in negotiations are skeptical. Iran agrees to move enriched uranium to Russia
Iran has agreed to a deal that would move most of its declared stockpile of enriched uranium to Russia for further refinement, before it is delivered back to Iran for peaceful uses at a research reactor in Tehran. Timothy Frye of Columbia University discusses Russia's motivations.
