Connie Kargbo, Associate Producer, Africa

Connie Kargbo is a multimedia journalist who has produced content for television, radio and the blogosphere. She previously worked as an assignment editor at News 12, a local television station in New York. Connie also worked to expand MSNBC’s online presence and analyzed promotional strategies for its news anchors. A native of Sierra Leone, her production experience extends into Africa. Connie worked as a production assistant for the national television station in Zambia. She holds bachelors degrees in journalism and environmental science from New York University.
