In Portugal, rescue teams continue to look for people still missing after severe flooding and landslides that killed at least 42 people over the weekend.
The flooding took place on the island of Madeira, where the government announced three days of mourning. Torrential rains destroyed buildings and took out bridges on the island.

Wow Glen, I don’t know what kind of aid Madeira may or may not be getting, but off the top of my head I can think of a handful of cases from hurricanes, tsunamis, and earthquakes which received international help, not on the continent of Africa. God forbid you ever need help.
