Ivana Howard grew up in Bosnia, and covers the region for the National Endowment for Democracy, a private non-profit organization that promotes democracy around the world. Howard joins Daljit Dhaliwal to take a closer look at the increasing ethnic tensions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Howard discusses the chance of war will breaking out again in the region and how peace is being maintained. She also speaks about the role that the Obama administration can play.
