In Seoul, Obama takes on North Korea’s nuclear challenge

The Obama administration is trying tackle the thorny issue of North Korea and its nuclear program. To take a closer look at this issue, Leon Sigal of the Social Science Research Council in New York speaks with Daljit Dhaliwal.

Sigal discusses the significance of Obama’s announcement to send an envoy to North Korea next month. He also talks about his recent meeting with a North Korean delegation in New York and how willing they are to negotiate.
