In Seoul, Obama takes on North Korea’s nuclear challenge

The Obama administration is trying tackle the thorny issue of North Korea and its nuclear program. To take a closer look at this issue, Leon Sigal of the Social Science Research Council in New York speaks with Daljit Dhaliwal.
