Will there ever be peace?
Notas long as the different ethnic groups can or will not cooperate or get a along and acuse each othe not wanting to share oil revenue and power.
Can and will this happen, only time can tell after more and more Ameican forces are leaving and the different Iraqui factions will try to run thecountry. This is a matter that can only be resolved by the Iraquis themselves ansd that remais to be seen if the can and want to do so.
