World markets rally as G-20 meets on economy

Markets had the best showing this week in four months, even asĀ G-20 finance ministers met in London ahead of their leaders’ meeting next month. Among other things, the ministers will discuss the question of governments stimulating or spending their way out of the recession.

Marcus Mabry, the international business editor for The New York Times, joins Martin Savidge to discuss the market gyrations and the G-20 meeting.
