Mr. Richard Greves; I have read your Contextual Observation of 12/20/2008 after I expressed my understanding of this Imperial Expansion - We have highlighted different facts of this area but they all reveal the same Illegality of in my words;these so-called Israelies. I recommend your understanding to be shared as you so worthily noted. World Focus Thanks for (don’t know why delayed) Posting - True Objectivity Willingly Exposes and Sticks with the Multitude of Facts. I Concur World Focus Nice to have you aboard.

When you discuss the Israel Palestine conflict you never mention that Israel is using collective punisment in Gaza, by depriving the general population of basic necessities such as food, medicine and fuel. This is a violation of the Fourth Geveva Convention, which prohibits collective punishment. You also never mention that the Israeli settlements are also illegal-another violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention which prohibits a conquering power from settling land won by conquest. The blowing up of over 20,000 non-Jewish homes in Israel is also an example of collective punishment. This is not done to the families of Jews who break the law. Also your program never mentions that not only are the settlements illegal under international law, but the settlements are a form of apartheid because the settlements are for Jews Only and the roads to and from these settlements are for Jews Only. These are important facts that should be discussed when the subject comes up. Your program is extremely biased in favor of Israel and the Zionist perspective. As a public broadcasting facility, you are doing a disservice to the public when you withhold essential facts regarding what is taking place between those who wield great power-the Israelis, and those who have so little-the Palestinians.
