New report warns of fleeting security in Iraq

A female suicide bomber killed 11 people and injured 19 in the Iraqi city of Baquoba on Wednesday. The day before, McClatchy Newspapers published an article detailing a new U.S. intelligence report that warns that gains in security in Iraq may not last.
