EU financial ministers plan to restore confidence

The British government may announce a rescue package for its banking system as share prices of British banks close at some of the lowest numbers seen in the last 15 years. EU financial ministers met today in Luxembourg to discuss plans to restore confidence and liquidity in the financial sector.
